Refund Policy
At Chasing June Co., we take pride in creating and curating products you'll love. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.
You have 14 days to request a return:
- In-store or market purchases: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Online orders: 14 days from the date of delivery
- In-store pickups: 14 days from the notification date of fulfillment

Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged and is eligible for return per our return policy.
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A receipt or Proof of purchase is required
- The item(s) must not fall under our Non-Returnable section listed below.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, not when you've placed your order. Once your order ships, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Refer to our Cancellation policy below for more details.
Please Note:Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged and is eligible for return per our return policy.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
- Any items after 14 days of their respective return date (refer to above)
- Items discounted due to damage or defect
- Gift cards
- Sale items exceeding 20% off
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
Some items are not eligible for a return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Curated Stationery Scoop Boxes
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Personal care items (e.g., hair accessories)
- Hats
- Stickers
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Candles
- Mugs or drinkware
Please note: Because our stationery boxes are hand-curated specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned due to aesthetic preferences, duplicate items, or personal preferences.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us—we'll make it right.
ALL Custom items are final sale.

HOW TO RETURN
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The reason for your return
- Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect
We'll provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
For local returns, contact us first to notify that you want to place a return and bring it to the next agreed upon market or schedule drop-off at the CJC Warehouse.
For online returns, items must be shipped at the buyer's expense after return is approved to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Local Returns:
If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit in the form of a gift card, which never expires and can be used anytime, online, or in person.
Online Returns:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of the refund status.
- If approved, a gift card will be issued via email within 10 business days.
- If the return is not accepted or does not meet our requirements, we'll contact you with available options. If the item was shipped without approval to the warehouse you will be given the option to either: Have the item shipped back to you at your expense, or Allow us to donate the item on your behalf
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your gift card, please contact us at chasingjuneco@gmail.com
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
EXCHANGES
Follow the same timeline policy of returns, exchanges must be initiated 14 days from purchase In-Store or 14 days within delivery for Online orders.
Exchanges are available only for products currently in stock. If the item you'd like is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal value from our current inventory or receive store credit, depending on the circumstances.
If you're looking for a different size, color, or style, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory availability.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it with the same item whenever inventory allows. If the exact item is no longer available, we'll work with you to find the best solution.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your item(s) at the time of purchase or upon delivery for online orders. If you notice any damage, defects, or concerns, let us know right away so we can make it right - ideally before completing your purchase in-store, or within 5 days of delivery for online orders.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing an item
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Including photos of the packaging and product helps us process your claim faster.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help!
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within an hour of placing the order unless stated below.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at chasingjuneco@gmail.com.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within5–10 business days. Once your order has passed the 1 hour mark, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
After Shipment
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders after they have shipped. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our above Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return once your order has been delivered.
Custom or Final Sale Items
Because many of our items are made-to-order or carefully curated specifically for your order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Please note that custom-made, stationery boxes, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order has been placed.
STATIONERY BOXES
Every Chasing June Co. Stationery Box is hand-packed specifically for your order through our signature curation process.
Because every box is personalized based on your selections and preferences, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Color preferences
- Duplicate items
- Aesthetic preferences
- Product assortment
- Buyer's remorse
If your box arrives damaged or contains the wrong notebook or an incorrect item, please contact us and we'll gladly try our best to make it right.
LOCAL, MARKET, OR WAREHOUSE PICKUP
All orders (whether shipping or local pickup) are processed within 5–10 business days. We always do our best to complete orders sooner, but this time frame allows our team to prepare your items with care.
Pickup Notification
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know it’s available for pickup and instructions on how and when to pick it up.
Picking Up Your Order
When you arrive at the market or warehouse, please be ready to:
- Provide the name on the order
- Share your order number
Pickup Window
After receiving your pickup notification, you’ll have 14 days to collect your order.
If an order is not picked up within that time:
- It will be returned to inventory
- Store credit will be issued in accordance with our store policy
